Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from The Curvatures Boutique for any reason, you can return the items within our 14-day approval period.

You also have the option to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a specific reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days from the date you or a designated third party (not the carrier) physically receives the goods. If your order includes multiple items, the 14-day period begins upon receiving the last part of the order. Within this time, you decide whether to cancel, and you then have an additional 14 days to send the goods back. Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to personalized items or goods prone to rapid deterioration or health/hygiene concerns, such as unsealed health products or software.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us by letter or email, including your name, address, account number, order/invoice number, item number, and the date – before the cancellation period expires. You can also use our provided Cancellation Form.

If you choose to cancel the contract, you should use our postal returns service to return the item(s). We’ll ask you to cover the return shipping cost, which is approximately £3.35.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we’ll review and approve the return, and we’ll reimburse the postage. If the goods show a loss in value due to unnecessary handling beyond what’s reasonable for inspection (similar to in-store examination), we may deduct a portion of the reimbursement. The reimbursement will be made promptly, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used in the initial transaction. There won’t be any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Domestic Shipping Policy – Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged on the same day they are received. However, if an order arrives after 4:00 PM, it will be processed the next business day, except for Fridays, which will be processed on the following Monday. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the subsequent Monday. If any items are out of stock, you’ll be notified about the availability and estimated delivery date. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipments. Please allow for extra transit days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in shipment, we’ll promptly notify you via email or telephone.

If you choose the Royal Mail 48 hr Tracking Rate for your order, a postage fee of £3.35 will be added to the total. We’ll receive a Tracking Number from Royal Mail, which we’ll forward to you for monitoring the delivery of your parcel. The 48 hr Tracking option typically takes about 2-3 working days for delivery. However, please be aware that strikes could cause delays, and we recommend checking the Royal Mail website for any potential issues. You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

Drop Shipping Postage and Delivery Times

Opting for the Drop Shipping Tracking Rate adds a postage fee of £6.50 to your total order. We’ll place the order with our wholesaler, who will pick and pack your items. Processing your order typically takes 2-3 working days. We’ll notify you once the order is placed, and we’ll also forward the dispatch email, along with the Tracking Number, for you to track Global Express. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive when using the Drop Shipping method.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders with a total value of £135.00 or less, no Customs, Duties, or Taxes need to be paid by you before receiving your order. However, if your order exceeds £135.00, as the importing customer, you will be liable for taxes. The courier will contact you to inform you of the cost, and they will hold your item for up to 3 weeks. Once tax payment is received, your parcel will be delivered. If your order is divided into smaller parcels, each below £135.00, no tax will apply.

The Curvatures Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes associated with your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
